Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within INDIA. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location. Vision Drishti Eyewear is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and shipping method selected.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@visiondrishti.com within the return window. Shipping costs for returns may apply.

Non-returnable Items: Custom or prescription eyewear, gift cards, and items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Warranty

Vision Drishti Eyewear offers a 6 months warranty on Lenses Coating and all eyewear against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. For warranty claims, please contact sales@visiondrishti.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
