1. Refunds

• If order is not shipped from visiondrishti.com then buyer can ask for refund. Once order shipped then refund not allowed Only you can exchange.
• If customer received wrong products then buyer is eligible for refunds but we need unboxing video and clear photos of the issue for verification.
• If customer received damage products then buyer is eligible for replacement but we need unboxing video and clear photos of the issue for verification.

2. Returns

• Incase of return Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including the case, cleaning cloth, and any accessories.
