If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including the case, cleaning cloth, and any accessories.

  • Exchange Window: Customers can initiate an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • Process:

    2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange.

    3. Ship the item to the address provided after approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    4. Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange and send a replacement item.
